We have a nice one for you. Interior has had some upgrades done in a professional looking and loving manner. The cabin still retains the “rustic” look, and I think you will agree, that it has the perfect blend of character and functionality. Cabin features three bedrooms and two of them open out to the front deck. It has one nice, spacious upgraded bathroom. Cabin has running water, electricity and propane. Kitchen is rather big and it has a breakfast bar between it and the living room. Living room is also fairly large and has been upgraded with tongue and groove boards on the walls and ceiling. (See pictures). It also has a ceiling fan and wood floors. There is a fireplace in the living room. The other source of heat is the electric baseboard heaters in two of the bedrooms and in the bathroom. The other source of heat is the combination wood burning/propane stove. That is something you do not see very often! Note this cabin is on leased land from the Forest Service. As such, the purchase willl need to be cash only. The Forest Service Handbook is available for the asking and agents can find it in the Supplements Section. Among other things, the Forest service does not allow the cabins to be used as a rental. These are primarily vacation homes and buyer must show proof of residence at another location.
