Lamont Hyde Real Estate & Loans

Alice & Tianyu Li

I met lamont at my church and knew that he was a real estate broker so I approached him for some advise.
I told him I recently requested for accommodations to made for my disabled son at a home I was renting.
I needed the accommodations because as my son was growing and getting older and it was  getting harder for me to pick him up and carry him up the stars. I needed to get a stair lift as well as widen some doorways and make the restroom more accessible.
as my son was growing I could no longer carry him up stars so i requested some accommodations to made at my home I was renting. when the landlord refused he also informed me that he would most likely be selling this property and I would need to find a new home. other than the accommodations i was requesting the property was in a ideal location.
After reaching out to lamont he got back to me and suggested that i pursue buying a home. At that time I thought it would be an imposible task to purchase a home. Lamont suggested that I give it a try and see if we could figure out a path to home ownership for me. For the next several month we worked together guiding me to what was needed to qualify for a home. I followed he=is advice and soon I was ready and pre approved to buy a home. The next step was finding a home. Since my situation was different than most this was niot a easy task. lamont sent us listings but with my son there were issues that made most of the listing un acceptable. After a while looking lamont suggested that since the owner was thinking about selling why not make home an offer. Lamont reached out to the owner and negotiated the entire deal for me and the seller. He negotiated a great price for me and also took care of the financing escrow and all the details for both sides of the transaction.
He read though the contracts with me and helped me to understand everything. Even now when real estate questions arise and i am not sure what to do I call him for advise
